Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. 

Final Sale

All food service, theatrical, wearable, clearance, and seasonal items are final sale. Items that do not fall into these categories are available for returns and exchanges.

Returns

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 7 days after the date of purchase, will receive a refund to the original method of payment or an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged, and/or not in sellable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If a product is proven to be in unacceptable condition upon delivery due to damage, a replacement product may be sent to you.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, simply bring it to The Party Warehouse within 7 days after the date of purchase with your original receipt. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Order Cancellations

If an order was made by mistake, or you do not wish to proceed with the order, please notify The Party Warehouse by email or phone at (519) 252-5369 immediately or within 24 hours of the transaction.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, The Party Warehouse reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
